Do you have any aftermarket engine parts? CAI, catback?

Im sure the dealer would have the battery disconnected doing the clutch for a long while and the car has the relearn air/fuel mixture and ratios. There is actually a relearn procedure for both of these that must be performed with a factory scan tool. Regaurdless I would bring it back to them immediately being it was related to something they DID or DIDNT do.
