differance between nismo r tune&s tune?

i'v seen nismo parts called s tune and r tune,any difference ??

i might be wrong but i read that s tune parts are more for the street and covered under the nissan warranty. the r tune parts are more for the track and are NOT covered under the factory nissan warranty.
