Check engine light p0345 and p0340

Hey guys so what happened is my cars clutch pedal just dropped to the floor few days ago I brought it to the dealer they replaced slave cylinder and did recal on steering wheel lock. So today I pick it up and it has check engine light dealer swears that the light was on when I brought it in but I know for a fact it wasn't because I took all readings before I gave them the keys. They checked the codes for me and it is CMP sensor malfunction bank 1 and bank 2 code p0340 and p0345. Also previous owner told me that ecu was tuned and lately I have noticed that the car is not really as responsive as when I got it. What can be the problem and what would be the cause of it? Also is it safe to drive it with this errors? I'm really bad in mechanics and this is new to me

Little update: I did some research and disconnected the battery and check engine light went away, my theory is that when I got clutch issues, only way to start the car was by forcing it to get into a gear it wouldnt start on first gear only neutral, because it all happened on busy intersection I had to move it. And by me forcing it the sensors we're tripped. but I might be wrong and should I be worried about it
