How to make VDC off by default.

Put away the flame cannons. I search for VDC and get zero. Not sure if something is wrong with the forums or me but whatever... :gtfo2:

I'd like to set VDC as off by default instead of the other way around. Can this be set with UpRev or is there an easy fix?

I did the DIY and it still is working like it should :)
