UPDATE: Called dealership to find out if anything, having a CSC overnighted and flushing system with GTR brake fluid, said it was easier to replace the CSC and put in the new fluid then to keep the current one and flush system.
So hopefully tomorrow I get it back..

Started Saturday when I went to pull out of a chinese buffet, go to pull and I stall the car (first time since I owned it - 3 months). Don't think anything of it, figure I just screwed up. Saturday take trip up to gf's place (60 miles - all highway), take the exit ramp and go to downshift, clutch goes more than half before it grabs and it's like WTF, the rest of the way to her place the clutch definately isn't right. Don't drive the car the rest of the weekend.

Call local dealership yesterday, say I'm driving home today and will be another long trip, if I experiance anymore clutch issues heading right to them. Last night take the car aound the block and clutch feels normal. Coming home this morning, hit a bird going 70 (go figure - luckily no marks). About 20 miles from dealership, do a press on the clutch and it feels like it did the other night, call them and say I'm coming in, hit a traffic jam and clutch is going to floor but can still shift.

Get to dealership, clutch isn't as bad as it was while driving, a mechanic I guess and service manager drive the car (never turned car off), come back and say clutch feels just the way it should and basically I'm blowing smoke up their A$$ and they won't do anything if I can't prove something is screwed up, they tell me to go on my merry way and contact them if anything else happens.

Drive car to work (20 miles - all highway), about 10 miles into trip, press clutch, acting up again, but this time I get the occasional sticking and will only come up with foot assitance, take my exit and feels worse then it did before, pull into parking lot and pedal sticks twice when shifting...

Call Service Manager back, says he'll call so and so and get back to me, I hope this isn't normal for this kind of crap with a dealership...
