From what I've read, the car's ECU starts gradually reducing torque from 88ºC -- 190ºF water temps and 110ºC -- 230ºF oil temps.
The first one of the two variables reaching those numbers and you'll no loger have the 100% of performance of your car avilable until it cools again.
