This car was not tuned/ dyno at Z1. The only connection with Z1 is the guy who tuned it left Z1 a few months back and now works at TSM.

I'll post the dyno chart in a sec. |

Ah. That wasn't clear. Still, I'm very skeptical that a NA car picked up that much power from E85.

If it's legit and not just a juiced dyno, tons of guys here are going to go E85 if it performs like that.

What's a stock Z baseline there?

Er... what the heck is the "secret sauce".
If they're running something like a nitromethane blend then those numbers may be closer to reality than I would have thought.

Okay... well, if it is is nitromethane I wouldn't recommend it because it may seriously reduce engine longevity...
![]() Anyway, do you have the drf's or at least know what the actual conditions and correction factor value were for those runs? Absolute values are all relative, but it would be informative to see what went into the calculations besides top secret blends of mystery fuel ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() The items I didn't list in detail are purely mechanical modifications that I won't elaborate on. The car will be dyno'ed on Z1's dyno next weekend to further confirm the power it makes on E85. Here's the thread for more details. http://www.the370z.com/engine-drivetrain/89418-tsm-makes-357rwhp-na-stock-longblock-vq37.html

It's clear you gents made some impressive gains from modification and tuning -- however, I'm curious as to the values SAE corrected, the run conditions, and the actual correction factor values that were applied -- frankly, because those values are so staggeringly high, it would be informative to see what conditions/corrections were also involved.

i still say its fake numbers.
that set-up is similar to mine plus headers with e85 and you're saying it somehow has 33WHP more? sign me up for e85 then lol

The headers would be a nice bump from where you are. The E85 is the part in question. 20-25whp from E85 isn't unheard of, but I'm still leaning towards it being a 340whp car on a generous dyno.
