30k service and wetness around passenger PCV valve.
Would there be any reason for wetness around the pcv valve during the 30k service? Like a spill of another fluid?
When I took the car in, everything was dry, when I checked the engine after I got home it looked like a mess happened on the passenger side, there was splotches on the air box and surrounding hoses. The way they said they clean the injectors is buy pumping some pressurized solution through what I think is the fuel line that connects to the rail or something (wasn't paying attention much, just heard the stuff is potent lol) Do they remove it to see if its clogged or something? EDIT: Well, I looked through the online service manual and it looks like it could be oil lubrication because it has that symbol next to the o-ring. So I guess they did remove it or something? So can anyone let me know if Im freaking out over spilled milk (oil) or what?!
