New owner 1st going to 2nd

HI My Z is new. Basically "sometimes" going tom 1st to 2nd gear The stiffness is more than usual... Is this normal?. For ex After pressing the clutch and changing gears to 1st to 2nd it feels like im forcing it in... It's not the same stiffness as for say going from 3rd to 4th or 2nd to 3rd etc etc... I get a very inconsistent feel. Is this normal or should I be worried?.
Second is (i like to apologize ahead of time) Am I suppose to be able to hear the release of the clutch and the grip of the clutch inside my car everytime i step on that peddle? like a clunk noise engaging and disengaging the clutch noise.

Once again Thank you 370z community for reading and helping.!

i have 2012 z, and my gear is also rough to get it in to 1st but not as bad as it feeling like i am forcing it in. also with release of the clutch, i hear that noise too.

2012 here also. Same thing. I've learned that if you double pump the clutch the car likes to shift much easier and smoother. I had Nissan take a look at it and they said it was "normal." I said whatever with it. I swapped to a SS clutch line with Motul RBF600 fluid and its still the same. Unfortunately its something to get use to. Try to double pump the clutch between gears instead of just normally pressing it down and shifting. Sounds weird but engagement and shifting is so much smoother.

Can you elaborate "double pump the clutch"? Did you mean double clutch?

Basically. Same thing except without having to actually match the rpms like true double clutching. With this big *** flywheel, the RPMs drop slow enough to pump the clutch without having to actual rev match it lol.
