Coolest Oil Catch Can
I received a email from AAM regurding there new oil catch can for the GTR. This is perhaps the coolest catch can I've seen. Single can instead of two. Yes it's expensive but serves a great purpose and the filtration system is sweet.
I called AAM Friday about this and they do plan to make them for the 370 and 350. The only difference is the mounting bracket. I think I'm going to buy. AAM Competition - Nissan GT-R, 370Z Turbo Performance Specialists

You can make one smilier externally wise but not internally. But it does give me some good ideas besides the silly two can setups I see.

I think it's over engineered to be honest. A lot ghettoer and jenky setups work perfectly fine, so why overdo it?
That's my thinking

I would agree. It's a common add-on in the Corvette community, especially on LS7's. I paid $80 for mine. Simply set up with a drain at the bottom. $500 is waaaayyy too much unless it's turning the oil in my intake into Maker's Mark.

It better turn my oil into Louis XIII for $500, and then I wouldn't drive and just run my oil through it

No way that keeps oil back. The baffling system doesn't look good enough. It's just a plate with holes drilled in it. Air will still bring oil with it up through the holes and into the manifold. A better design is needed.

It looks very pretty = Expensive.
For an N/A Z, what are the realistic benefits of this to justify buying one? I've seen them on junkier cars (civics, RSXs, integras, fords ), but what are the real benefits vs not having one? (Like 99% of cars are OEM)
