The triple gauges are a single unit so it will be all three or nothing.
Someone has already done this with some success. The photos looked great and he said that it did not create any computer issues. I am not sure where the thread is (you will need to do a search) but it went into considerable detail on all aspects of the conversion. Find that thread and you should have most of the answers that you are looking for.
