OP, are your headers shorties or long tubes? If they're shorties then replace them with long tubes unless they're the momentum headers. Other than that, the M370 manifold and a tune are about the only other bolt-ons left as far as power mods go. The rearend gear and a lightweight flywheel will liven up the car even though they don't technically don't add power.

Tuning wise, I'd probably wait until ECUtek gets the VVEL part all ironed out and then get it tuned using that software.

You could get a hold of visconti on the forum here. He's pushing the ECUtek tuning software and was talking about an E85 setup that he wants to develop for the Z34 platform. He seemed pretty confident that the ethanol option was the next step for adding easy power to the motor.
