Anyone had idle issues like this??

As it is still under warranty I would just take it to the dealer and let them fix it. Have them reflash the ECU, perform all of the relearns, check

Have them reflash the ECU, perform all of the relearns, check for vacuum leaks, exhaust leaks etc. If this car was modded and put back to stock it may not have been done properly. Let the dealer get is working stock so you can start modding.
