Yes, Review: Drop Engineering Transmission Mount
I have the Z1 mount. Can't say enough about it. Over time and use the oem mount with become more soft. The Z1 mount gives a sharper response over the oem. NVH is little but passes the girlfriend test - as in she didn't even notice.

Definitely thinking about new motor mounts . . . I noticed Z1 has both the polyurethane mounts and solid aluminum mounts . . . anyone recommend one versus the other? I'm thinking that the aluminum should have awesome power transfer, but excessive vibration . . . . the polyurethane seems like it would be a good compromise . . . . anyone have any insights? Thanks!

I really like my Z1 transmission mount! Smoother shifting since there is less movement of the tranny.

I have the Z1 Urethane Motor/Trans (7AT) mounts in my car. There is a noticeable difference on how the car plants the power now.
The car will not shake its self to death after the install. However, the car does tremble a little bit at idle. I really don't mind because it makes me think that the car is shuddering with power and ready to spring alive. Bottom line - Would I do this again? Hands down, yes. Who makes the most narrow solid engine mount for 370z? I have Z1 semisolid now but need something even narrower? Need to clear some things in current build so need narrowest solid mount I can find. Any ideas on existing mounts? I guess worse case I can have some aluminum custom machined but buying existing set would be nice. Are the Z1 solid mounts more narrow than their semi solid mounts?

I've done solid diff mounts, nothing has changed. feels and sounds the same. But in a WRX I did poly motor mounts and cold start up would knock your teeth loose. If it means anything I plan on poly motor mounts again but solid tranny.
