Why a 370 vlsd? People with the 370 are picking up Quaife limited slips all the time and those were originally designed for the 350. Why not stick to a good aftermarket brand that was intended for your vehicle?
And to not really answer your specific question about fitment.... it may be backward compatible but it is hard to say unless someone else that has done it chimes in. |

^^^ i dont need quafie or cusco, as the VLSD is enough for me. i cant pay 1k+ for lsd.
the 370z ratio is 3.69 while the 350z is 3.5, so its better.

Since you have the late model 350z the 370z vlsd from a manual should drop right in if I understand your question correctly. You only need to change when going backwards i.e using the quaife diff made for early model 350z you must change the stub axle to allow for fitment in late model VQHR motors (350z or 370z).

hi, the 370z pumpkin will directly go in the 350z if its comes with the stub axles, but if i wanna put Quafie LSD i will have to change my stub axles.

Hey JDM Love
You may want to check out your local JDM salvage importer. The '05-'07 Skylines with the VQ35DE engine and the CVT (transmission). Their rear differential has the LOW final drive AND the 350Z stub axles (Right stub = 38220-AR010; Left stub = 38220-AR011). JDM part number for the entire rear diff: 38301-2C807 (4.363 final drive; has the 350Z/G35 axle flanges) |
