RPM spike and delay from 4th to 5th gear

Infiniti has a TSB to reprogram the TCU.
Nissan should be the same.

Thx. Seeing the infinity one but nothing for Nissan minus a ECM replacement TSB

Maybe replacing the ECM would fix this? Already talking with my dealer.
