I'm looking into getting fast intension LTH's, I know ceramic coating keeps the heat in the engine bay down, keeps the heat in the runners. As far as performance standpoint

As far as performance standpoint and durability anyone have any good information on this topic? I'm not tracking the car anytime soon, I mainly use it for weekend driving and spirited ride everyone once in a while
