Normally, on higher performance motors, improving the breathability makes a large impact. Headers, exhaust and intake could potentially be good for 30-40 hp. And cobb can do some pretty serious things with their tunes. OK, maybe 350 is on the HIGH end but I would think 330-340 is a pretty good estimate.
