Transmission help

Hello everyone,

i just noticed my Z sounds like a diesel truck when idling with the clutch disengaged but when i engage it(with and without putting it in gear) it sounds normal, plus i have noticed it has gotten a lot harder to put it into gear

my car is a 2011 nismo with 21k miles on it, the clutch doesnt slip(afaik, i havent noticed it slipping)

could my CSC be failing?

thanks in advance for the help

Sounds like the throughout bearing is failing
