Does it happen when you start with the engine warm?
If not, I think dmhenderson is on the right track - belt slippage when the belt is cold. If it is a belt squeal, the belt(s) looks good, and it's only a chirp when cold, I wouldn't worry unless it gets worse. Someone listening to the engine compartment while you crank may be able to tell where the noise is coming from.
