what next? headers?

Idk. We already have a legit ignition system, I don't see it doing too much. Stillen headers don't make that much more over stock, gains yes, but hard to justify.

Idk. We already have a legit ignition system, I don't see it doing too much. Stillen headers don't make that much more over stock, gains yes, but hard to justify. Supposedly Momentum Z shorty headers (need the 350Z TP's) do well, but there is not a perfect comparison chart as the only results for them were with VVEL tuning. It was the only time I have ever seen shorties make comparable power to long tubes, so I'm still a bit of a skeptic. Buy in for long tubes are not cheap. Yes they start at $900 for PPE's, but your better off getting them coated, so just say $1100+. Don't remember how much F.I.'s runs, maybe $1200-$1300. Install will be a nightmare guaranteed, either for your wallet and mechanic or you in your garage. Driver side is a pretty awful experience. Yes you will lose the ability to run cats, primarily because your exhaust is a true dual, if it were a Y pipe, Motordynes's XYZ Y pipe gives options.

For other power options, there are still different ways. Pulley's from NST, lighter flywheel, M370 intake manifold (mid range, no top end increase), a tune is recommended, and Jun cams are out but will cost a mint getting them installed. Outside of that, not much else you can do NA without playing with heads or internals and that's another money pit. Bang for buck to go farther than standard bolt on's takes a nose dive after the easy stuff is done.
