I know TPs would be better but would HFCs really be that bad? Would momentums not even be worth it at that point? Not trying to argue but I really just don't have to much knowledge on the subject

It wouldn't be that bad at all just a little less. There's a lot to gain from these headers from what I've seen so they would be worth it.

Thanks! Everyone seems to love them, I want to do headers but not LTHs so there's such a limited market. Stillen has some but I just haven't seen much out of them in terms of HP compared to others.

i was taking a look at the 370z stock headers , and it looks like they're pretty good out of the factory , and i think replacing these by aftermarket onces won't do much... correct me if im wrong guys.

Stock ones with TP's vs LTH's, I would say at most the difference is 10whp but that's with tuning. Typical is closer to 5-7whp. But one thing you can't beat with long tube headers is the glorious sound that trumpets out of your exhaust. It's a symphony of awesomeness.

I'll let you guys know what I gained with my Momentum 350Z headers (shorty) tomorrow. I'll be at Forged Performance getting retuned. They have a Dyno Dynamics and I put down 292whp on there's (310 on dyno jet) before.

I was also looking into headers but after reading all this I'm not sure if it's worth it. All I'm currently running is gen 3s and TPs and I was looking at getting the Megan Racing headers. Not sure what to do or if I want a full exhaust first. I too will be very interested in your results Spohn.

Didn't get it tuned yesterday. I was on my way and got a phone call. Some unseen circumstances happened.
I can say even without the tune the car pull a lot harder. Never have I ever installed a single mod and felt the power gains I do with these headers. Straight raw HP.

Damn it!!!!!!!, Strap it down already!!! A good set of headers, can't say enough good things about them. I was distraught thinking about losing mine going FI, but the new route I'm going, I can have my cake, eat it, come back for seconds, and still have the option to run a HFC or resonator. Need to make a video SPOHN.
