it was always my impression even when my z was new that the middle between high and low is where our oil is supposed to be since even when new

it was always my impression even when my z was new that the middle between high and low is where our oil is supposed to be since even when new and checking the oil that is where my oil measurement has always been and never goes below that. i have never in the 28k miles i've owned my Z seen it all the way at the high mark and after reading this thread it just leaves me confused as to where the oil mark should be at.

Thanks for you guys insight on this topic. I guess my car is running normally then. When I first got my car with 6000 miles the oil level was in the middle so im assuming that 5 qts equals middle of the h and the l.
