Don't kno much bout the hotchkis tho I do hear great things. But I do kno those
Eibach springs give the car a nice stance n the drop I think is perfect. .09f .08r. Also they barely change ride quality. The z has a pretty good suspension set up. I think a lot of u are changing it up 2 soon. For now... I would jus lower it n put In the sway bars. If u gonna track often? Maybe the nismo size tires and def The oil and tranny cooler. My suggrstion would be in this order. 1. Springs, sway bar, grounding kit 2.oil and tranny diff with oil increase to 5.5qts and bigger diff lube pan 3. Intake headers, exhaust. 4. 8,100rpm reflash when warranty is up. 5. Then get ur suspension done with all the fixins 6. TT or SC intercooled whichever u prefer and if u wanna go there. |

If cars respond anything like a bike does.. go suspension first.
I did suspension last on my motorcycle and honestly wish i did that first. When I get my Z, thats the route I'll go first. Coilovers, Sways, Arms, etc. Once I thats done, then maybe look at performance stuff like the bolt ons. Although with 5k you can probably do a lot of suspension stuff and bolt ons in one shot so |

If they ever offer the size, I'd get Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec's in a heartbeat. Very high dry performance (Kumho Ecsta XS's did better on dry, but did piss-pour wet), excellent wet performance - the only one to do well in both tests, really.

After driving the 370z I just felt that it holds pretty hard for right now.
Dropping its center gravity imo is going to change its performance too Full bred supercar. .98g iat 72.3 mph is nothing to sneeze at. Lowering the 370 With a firmer sway bar is a potential 1.02g at potential speeds of 74+ mph. I think that you can track that more than great. Maybe wider tires depending How hard you want to drive it? But once that stock suspension can't do it anymore Like as new. Imo then it would be a perfect time to invest top dollar in a new suspension. But to each his own. Maybe you are gonna do time attacks and in that case it might Benefit to change it first. But if u just gonna track it on occasion like most will. I think the drop n sway will prove dramatic improvements in the driving characteristics. |

Would eibach springs + hotchi suspension be a good combonation? I dont want to destroy ride quality but i wanna have some fun with this thing- and not have to worrry about coil overs
