engine torque damper
 
wasn't sure where to post it, but i haven't been able to find much info on this.
i was wondering if there are torque dampers available for our cars? and would they be of any use to our engines? thanks :tiphat:

Not needed. Far as I know. Only sideways mounted 4 cylinder cars had them. Usually one end mounted on the head, and the other end mounted on the radiator support.

I remember they made them for vq35's. Not sure if they fit ours though.

Thats why i was wondering, because i also remember seeing them for the vq35.. And i couldn't find much info on them :/

I always thought these were a bandaid for when your engine mounts got old and you didn't want to replace them.
