I think i might have figured out the deal with it is though. When i shift hard i think its getting caught half way into the slot and not going all the way into gear. When i drive casually nothing happens and feels really good. Idk if its me not used to it right or i need to shift differently but when i grandma shift and pull it really hard so i know its all the way in gear its fine. Could that be it? Its stopping partway in gear and not falling into gear like it should? I know that spring is suppose to push it into gear once u get it semi towards the desired gear. Hmmmm i wonder

I have a TWM S-s and zero issue since 2 years (I also track the car). I would:
- Go back to stock and see if the issue is still there.
- Reinstall the TWM with a mecanic friend (whatever is the result in step #1);
- Contact TWM if the issue remains.
Keep us posted.

Yeah i installed it with a mechanic friend. Last night i took it apart and played with it to see if there was something wrong with the plate and other things. Put some more grease down in the joint too. And put it back together. This morning drove it around and it seems to b a lot better! Not sure exactly what it was but that roughness is almost gone entirely. Maybe it just wasnt sitting right in there or something. Idk. But atleast its better. If it goes back to its old ways i will let you guys know!
