Amsoil for me too. Have stuck w/ Amsoil since several years ago with different cars: Evo VIII, R33 GTR, and now the Z.

Purple is the best oil filter and made for synthetic oil, casing thickness is larger and has a silicone pressure cover inside compared to rubber
