Default FI TP install problem help

i got my FI RTP and FI non res CBE installed yesterday and now i am throwing CEL p0031 and p01148, the 1148 is being thrown because of the the 0031 and what is making it so hard for me to figure out is, p0031 is primary sensor 1, bank 1 ( passenger side) and its calling for out of loop ( low voltage), what is making it so hard for me to figure out is when installing the test pipes, no tools or anything came remotley near the primary 02 sensor which is on the header..... and all the harness and connections are tight........ im trying to see if its a blown fuse of the heated oxy sensor that might have blown but no matter where i look i cannot figure out where that fuse is...

Somebody help me !!!, P.s the code comes instantly back on once cleared, so its being triggered alot..

is there a leak between the TP flange and Header flange? that might cause that sensor to trip out.....

other than that i cant see why the primary sensor would act up.

IMO, the sensor was damaged during the install. Unplug the sensor and spray the connectors down with some cleaner and plug it back in. Good luck.

If the shop used air tools, it is a very good possibility it was damaged, especially an impact wrench

When I talked to Tony when I ordered my LTH's and CBE he was very clear that air tools should NOT be used because the vibration can damage the O2 sensors.
