Will G37s(coupe) VLSD fit in a 370z?

Hey guys, I am the proud owner of a non sport model Z, however, I was sad to hear that my car did not come with an LSD. I know that VLSD that comes stock with the sports package is not great, but i cant afford a $900+ diff (like OS Giken). I would love to spend the money and get one.. but i really cant. I can find the 370z stock VLSD fairly easy, and i found out the other day that a 350z diff will also fit in my Z. My question for you guys is:

Will the VLSD out of a 2009 G37s coupe, fit in a 370z?
i know they share suspension parts and some engine parts, but im not sure about the diff. My friend owns a G37s and wants to put his car back to stock to sell it. He offered me his coilovers so i asked him if hed be interested in swaping diffs. I want the VLSD for drifting, the open diff makes it a bit of a challenge to lock up going into a turn. my 370 is my DD btw.
any and all input is appreciated!

Thanks
-Ryan

Suspension, engine, y pipe and drivetrain parts are interchangeable. Body parts and interior components won't.

Sorry I'm bringing up an old thread but i just decided to try to do the same thing. Did you ever install the vlsd from the g37 on your 370z. Were there any problems?

This guy hasn't logged on in over a year. :hello:

ETA...The VLSD is junk, get a Quaife or the like and save some frustration.
