I would say, "Extra Plastic Thingies" ;-)

There are at least a couple of sizes for Nissans; I have a Versa and a Murano in addition to the Z. Bought mine at Amazon - they work pretty well - haven't broken one yet. Kinda rough-looking but way cheaper than factory:
