Default Battery Replacement 2009 Z

Fairly easy job on the 09 (wiper arms do not need to be removed), but 2 plastic dress pieces do need to come out (held in with ~6 plastic clips - easily removed & can be reused).
Bought Interstate battery at local Costco for a great price (~$70 bucks) - correct replacement size (35) and about 60 more CCA (640 CCA versus 580 original battery)....
Only issue was windows needing to be reset (to properly reseat when closing doors) following battery change. Very easy reset - 5-minute procedure on this site)...

Pretty simple job by following instructions posted in this thread. I notice that the Nissan 370Z service manual states: "Always replace EPT sealers with a new one if the cowl top cover is reused". I assume this is the grey, round "rubbery" looking thing? Has anyone replaced this or just put the cowl back on with the old one still in place? Any issues with reusing the old one? Water leaks? I can't find EPT sealer listed on any Nissan parts website. Any ideas where to get now ones? Thanks.

I've pulled mine several times and never replaced any of it. Haven't noticed any problems but I'm interested to see what others' experience is.
