Dyno after breather mods and tune. Thoughts?

Just looking for some feedback. Baseline is with Fast Intentions exhaust only. Top line is with FI exhaust, ARK high flow cats, Stillen G3, Motordyne M370 and Uprev tune.

Looks to be on par.

Looks GREAT. Great over all gains

That's Real Nice

Thanks for the input.

Any suggestions for next mods? I was thinking of getting NST pulleys. Would love to swap out the gears but I have a feeling labor will be a couple G's

SS_Firehawk 07-17-2012 11:06 PM

I definitely recommend the pulleys. It improves power throughout the rpm range. On that same note, a new flywheel would prove worthwhile as well. But I wouldn't get it unless the clutch goes out, or your getting an upgrade.

Yeah I thought about a flywheel but probably wont get one any time soon. Are pulleys the last power mod left? (Excluding headers since they don't do anything for our cars)

Always go with headers and the new Jun cams

Curious...how much did those gains cost?

Red__Zed 07-18-2012 03:46 PM

Nice gains.

NeverBoneStck 07-18-2012 04:19 PM

Screw all those ones being recommended ... Get some new gears .... Best mod I have ever done ...

M370: $450
Intakes: $425
Cats: $580ish? Forgot exactly
Install and Uprev tune: $1300

Didn't include the cost of the exhaust since it was already part of the baseline

Goals are to go faster when I hit the gas lol. But it's my DD and has not seen the track ever so nothing track-only oriented as far as mods. Like I mentioned earlier gears would be awesome but Idk if I wanna pay for the install cost

Still waiting on Zuperman to install his so I can see what the gains are like lol. But idk if he is still planning on doing it. Is there another member that has installed the Jun cams? How many hours of labor would I be looking at?

So these number include an UpRev tune? I would have expect more with a nice tune on top of all that stuff.

Yeah this is with the tune. Notice how my peak hp starts to drop off on the upper line. I'm thinking this is due to the M370 because I have seen similar graphs posted here from people with the M370. It loses power at the very top of the rpm range but adds power in the midrange. I think without the M370 I would have had higher peak numbers
