p0507 and sticking throttle?

OK i was stupid and unplugged the throttle bodies to clean them. Now its kind of annoying to drive because when it gets hot the idle gets unstable. When i turn on A/C idle jumps to 1000+. Sometimes throws P0507 (high idle). Also when driving the pedal is now like an on/off switch at tip in and when I let off the pedal theres a delay, even with cruise on (you can feel it going up and down hills). VERY jerky. If I press and hold the pedal in the same spot in neutral rpm's just keep rising.
I've tried the idle relearn procedures many times but no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you reset the ECU? Battery off or the key cycles?

I've unplugged the battery. does that reset ecu? Not sure what you mean about cycling the key?

what was the solution to this?

Still haven't quite fixed it yet. no more light but still jerky I'm hoping a tune can cure it.

well, it just came up on mine, i cleared it using my cable. came back again, cleared it...hasn't come back. i'm going to take car to my tuner anyways because they just replaced a gasket on my exhaust causing a big exhaust leak. that in turn gave O2 skewed readings. Anyway...i got this code today when i picked up the car. I'll let you know what happens.

EDIT:

Here's the code read by Cypher:

P006A
**********
P0507,Idle Control System RPM Higher Than Expected

What did you clean the TB's with and how?

I knife Exeter the throttle plates then cleaned them with brake cleaner and sprayed some wd40 in there. I might have messed those up but it idles fine. Just jerky on tip in and throttle sticks for like 1.5 seconds after I let off

I would get that checked out. Not a good sign and is probably doing more things to your car than just being annoying, like poor gas mileage, bad torque delivery... etc.

Worked for me after cleaning TB. Good luck.

Edit: NVM you tried it, I had to unplug the battery to get the ecu to reset, but you tried that as well...

Ya I get 26mpg at 80 with my full exhaust ppe to aam and plenty of power, just jerky throttle. I tried unplugging battery and tb's again and doing the throttle relearns. I also did the throttle body coolant bypass. I think maybe Nissan's scan tool relearn could possibly fix unless somebody's got any better ideas?
