Gents I'm looking to install either a GTM or Z1 34r oil cooler in the next month as I plan to do some track time this summer at Infineon Raceway which will easily be in the high 80s or above.
My question for you is, when I'm not at the track and am back in the mild temp city of SF (usually mid to high 60s), am I going to have issues with the oil temp not getting up to normal levels? Has anyone had any issues with this? I think the Z1 cooler has some sort of hatch system that somehow helps eliminate this but I'm not sure so I thought I'd outsource my Q to the bright minds on here. Thanks for those who reply with something useful!
