Default Auto trans throttle blip

I am in the market for a car. I am interested in the 370Z Roadster. A new one is a big bite out of the wallet. There are some killer deals out there though. So I really like the idea that on a down shift both the manual and auto trans blip the throttle to rev match. How effective is it? How many years does that go back? I am thinking of the range of 2010 and 2011 for a used one.

Many thanks

The auto rev matched all the way back to the 350Z. I think I remember it doing it in 2005 maybe?

Syncrorev match was new to the manual transmissions in 2009:
Syncro Revmatch

The 7AT Automatically does it... well because it's an AT.

One difference is that SRM does rev matching for upshifts as well, while the 7AT just has DRM. It also doesn't use DRM when it shifts automatically.

Also, I've had DRM seem to miss when downshifting three gears quickly - I often get a strong shock by the third shift.
