So I'm at the dealership getting the good news about the csc and master cylinder getting replaced under warranty. With one caveat, the tube/pipe called a flex pipe I believe

So I'm at the dealership getting the good news about the csc and master cylinder getting replaced under warranty. With one caveat, the tube/pipe called a flex pipe I believe is on back order in Tennessee. Easily a two week wait. Should I wait? Is this required to get a new one? All other parts can be in by the end of the week. Advice please.
