Auto Transmission oil change which / how much?

Hi,

I got a 7AT 2010 370z. Id like to drive my Z 2-3 times a year on a trackday like my 350z before. Per year I gonna drive 10k miles. The Z now has 5k miles. What transmission oil would you recommend? How much will I need? I read something about 9,2 liters : D? sh111t
