Does anyone know what is going on with my z?

Hello everyone, recently I found there is something wrong with my car I think I need your help.

When I wait for the traffic, the RPM is not stable, it is moving, it should stay around 600 or 700. I don't know. But it seems the car will turn off by itselfs when it is jump down to 500 and jump back to normal. Hard to describe, but yea, I think that is what I want to say. Anyone same happend?

My Mod is G3 intake, Berk HFC, FI cat back. Didn't Uprev it. ( Should I do this to fix the problem)? I am in Australia, no one knows about Uprev... Sad...
