So with looking though some videos
and some searching around. With bolt-ons and Uprev tune is there any way to make more then 300Hp to the wheels other then Force Induction and not touching inside then engine. |

300 WHP is guaranteed with bolt ons. Guys are aiming for 350WHP now (camshafts,bored TBs etc).

my car only has berk cbe, and g3's and I got 308whp. it's def possible without many boltons.

You should hit or just exceed 300 whp (SAE corrected, dynojet) with simple bolt-ons and a tune; more with long tube headers (say, 315 - 320).
For more than that you need boost.

+1.... I agree that it done w/o too much trouble wih getting b/w 300-350 with bolt ons. Put a full exhaust system (replace entire factory system up), CAI & get it tuned & that should be a pretty sweet return.
