Impressive midrange gains with the HR mani.

Do you have dynos of oem tb + vhr mani VS 62.5mm + HR mani?

I do not have an overlap of the 2 options you asked
but
if you take Run File 18 = 323 whp = VHR intake manifold + Oem TB
and Run File 9 & 10 = 327/328 whp = HR intake manifold + 62.5mm TB

the HR intake manifold is the winner unless you only want the advantage of the VHR at 7000+rpm
adding a bored TB you pretty much only gain anything between 5-9whp

keep an eye on my future project during summer time ! (2x 70mm TB)
