Hood warning light need help

after i installed Z1 oil cooler, the bonnet warning light is on, even i reset ECU, is there a switch or sensor that detect hood closed or not? when i put back the bumper i connected 2 spray and 1 unit that i think is GPS receiver, did i forget something to connect?
