Shifting 1st gear to 2nd at 7500rpm

Does anyone have a problem shifiting from 1st to 2nd at 7500rpm? To me, it seem like very hard to get to 2nd gear and hard to get it smooth.

To me, it seem like very hard to get to 2nd gear and hard to get it smooth. Am I doing something wrong? Any advices?
