leaking oil on transmission housing

I was detailing my car over the weekend and noticed some oil leaking from what appears to be the top of my transmission housing. I replaced my transmission fluid about

		Nissan 370Z Forum > Nissan 370Z Tech Area > Engine & Drivetrain

I replaced my transmission fluid about 20k ago. My clutch will slip on very hard engages(which i dont do anymore because of that reason), and there is a grinding between 1-2 and 2-3 during a cold start. Any ideas as to what might be wrong?
