Pretty much said it all ^^^^
The newer South Bend flywheels are now 24 lbs, We took a few more pounds out now but they still remain pretty quiet with a good fluid. We have been using Motul Gear 300 in our shop cars and it does a great job of keeping things quiet even with the Rigid hub TZR clutch which tends to be a bit louder because there are no springs to dampen out the engine pulses to the trans. We have the Gear 300 available now on the site, Full Syn, Ester based lube, Good stuff! Gear 300
