my 07 civic si used to pop out and grind in 3rd.. changed to amsoil tranny fluid and it went away.. my z feels notchy going into 3rd the same

my 07 civic si used to pop out and grind in 3rd.. changed to amsoil tranny fluid and it went away.. my z feels notchy going into 3rd the same as my civic did but the z never pops out of gear like the civic did but sometimes i feel that it grinds its rare though. im confident that changing the tranny fluid to something like amsoil or redline will fix the issues.. i will do the same soon.
