A good TT kit generally runs more than $6k plus then consider you are now in need again of a CBE and a tune plus install costs... if he can't do any of that himself I would be willing to bet he would be looking at 10k for a TT kit installed with all the accessories necessary to run his car right.
OP In my opinion all the mods discussed just increase the experience of the car and don't make it worlds better to drive... probably looking at an increase in the neighborhood of 25-30 hp for full CBE, intakes, HF cats/test pipes... Definitely adds to the fun factor but if your budget doesn't permit $1,500-2k in accessories just drive the car stock and have fun. |
