Another Baseline Dyno - Results

I recently got a baseline dyno done on my car, on one of those $20 dollar dyno days at a local shop. The dyno used was a trailer mounted Dynojet.

The first run (004) was in 4th gear - I told the guy to use 5th, since it's a 1-1 ratio (I think?) (005) was the run in 5th gear. Overall, it's pretty spot on with other baseline dynos I've seen, and I'm happy with that. I can't wait to go back with some bolt ons.

Seems on par as others. Now mod that puppy.

I've got some high flow cats staring at me to be put on...but demon bolts prevailed when I tried to get em on a couple weeks ago, and I broke two swivels and twisted a cheapo extension. Granted, I was using a 1/4 socket set drive. :ugh2:

Looks about right... for the overly optimistic STD correction.

SAE is more appropriate for NA cars.

looks good, nice numbers.

I did the same with the gearing. 5th gave me better results, but as you can see it hits the top speed limiter on the dyno so you won't plot anything after 7100ish rpm. Until you get that limiter removed, that is :)

First you don't need a swivel and use a 6 point impact socket. Course a better quality tools.lol

It doesn't make any more power past 6500 rpm as see in the dyno sheet above reguardless of the limiter.
