Hey guys, glad to be part of the forum! My wife and i just bought a 2011 370Z and its badass! I've always been a big car guy and currently am building a '67 Mustang (650 HP) and have a 2012 5.0 with close to 500 HP. I could talk domestics day and night but have very limited knowledge of the imports. I knew it wouldn't be long til i felt the bug to do some mild mods to the Z and sure enough here i am! What are some simple mods that are having proven results? Its a black 2011 6spd manual. Thanks for any input or advice I really appreciate it!

Welcome to the forums!
The most common bolt-ons are cold air intakes, high flow cats or test pipes, and a cat-back. These yield pretty decent results. The single bolt-on with the most gain is generally a high flowing exhaust like the Fast Intentions CBE.

awesome thanks! How is the sound of the exhaust with just a cat back change? I won't be going as wild as my mustangs with headers, high flow cats and all but a decent set of mufflers would be nice but not at the expense of some ricy sound, sorry if it offends anyone but i hate the drone and just want the performance without the noise.

Most of the CBEs sound pretty good. If you are trying to stay away from drone, I'd take a look at the Berk system. That has a nice tone. Import/exotic without sounding ricey or droning.
