I'm not a big believer in the bottle personally. It's only really applicable to the drag strip and street races. Notwithstanding, I have followed your build and it's fantastic. You clearly know what you are doing and I am sure it will be great to see the results. However, the OP doesn't seem to have the same knowledge and throwing a hundred shot on his car without proper tuning (i.e. it requires more than a timing change) or a mechanic with relevant experience is likely going to wind up a disaster. The fact that the OP doesn't seem to realize this yet is the reason I say avoid it altogether.

OP, nitrous is not something that you want a mechanic to try for his first time. Mecerdes is not a Z. A Z is not a Mercedes etc etc. Nitrous is beyond his level of compentency.
Find a guy who has gone through nitrous and go through with it. Run the 75 shot if your scared of tuning. With 75 shot no needing tuning is really needed. I'm not saying that it shouldn't be done though.

I would definitely find another mechanic. It sounds like your going to run a single fogger on each intake. If you can, running a direct port system is the best and safest route, but single fogger systems are fine. The placement on the intake is key because each cylinder needs to have an equal amount of air, fuel(if you're running a wet system), and nos by the time it gets there. In the past I've placed mine around a 1-1.5 foot away from the throttle body along the intake.
The most important part is the testing phase. When the install is complete, do a semi hard pull and check your spark plugs. Make sure they're all evenly covered in soot. If not, check the jets/foggers and make sure they're aimed directly down the middle of the tube or try placing them some somewhere else. Clean the spark plugs and test again until the nos is being distributed evenly. |

1st. Like everyone is saying, get someone else to do it...installing a nitrous kit is pretty easy to do and if a "mechanic" is asking how to do it, you got issues.
2nd. Mounting the nozzles is pretty simple. The zex kit should come with a tapering bit to drill the hole. You can either A. mount the nozzles directly in the pipe, or B. mount them in a jam nut that will mount in the pipes. Here was my setup...not the cleanest but it worked perfectly. The NMU is right below the (as your looking at it in the pic) left intake by the throttle body.
