There are no problems with this set-up, It is simply a bad install or it is incorrectly adjusted. The high pedal engagement happens on the HR and VHR's with an aftermarket clutch.
We are working on this to see what can be done to be able to lower the engagement point without having the pedal drop. If adjusted correctly, installed correctly, they work perfect.
